Title: Setting up a crosswind offline

Does anybody know how to set up wind conditions in offline mode?  For example, if I wanted wind coming from 230 at 11 kts, is there a way to set this up?

Easily done. Open the clipboard and click on SETUP > ARENA SETUP > ENVIRONMENT > WIND  Enter the speeds, directions, altitudes as you wish.
