Enzyte used to promote making your unit longer and larger. They had to pull that claim, no pun intended.

Viagra works as advertised; in fact it is my recreational drug of choice.

my girlfriend hates those commercials but I think they are kinda funny.

When I think of how good my life could have been if I had just been impotent....  Why would anyone want to be more horny?

then I am doing the right thing.   I don't even want to think of what a life without guns would be like.

Still.... your theory seems wrong... I noticed my noodle had grown two full inches when I bought my last 44 mag.

I always wondered why the dudes in the left file are at left shoulder arms, and the dudes in the right file are at right shoulder arms... is this a Jarine thing?

What in hell would be the drill call for THAT?

Well considering:
1.  it's a movie
2.  They are marching in "skivies" in a sqaudbay
3.  They are not actually moving in platoon formation

This would be close to a color guard I guess were the troops that are outboard and at arms are at opposite arms.

We did something simular during "guard mount" many moons ago were aposing sentries were at arms opposite of eachother.  All in all it was a funny scene.  Proves the point that a rifle/weapon and a "gun" are not one in the same;)

Ah, a special colors drill would make sense I guess.. them Jarines do purdy dill routines. Always wondered how they got them square hats to stay on their pointy heads tho.

The old 'this is me rifle 'n this is me gun' chant is an oldie.. my brother endured it in '62 and I heard it from my Drill Sergeant in '69... he wuz a lil PR bugger with a swagger stick, musta been alla 5' 2" tall in his cochran jump boots, weighin about 105 pounds soakin wet.  When he got pissed nobody could understand a word he said, but we did understand the punctuations he made with the stick. Meanist lil dude I ever saw, before or since.

An yer right.. that wuz a good movie. :)

Marines really didnt have to worry much about learning to use their rifles in Vietnam.  Whenever they got into trouble they would always call the Army then retreat.

Heneh. They got REAL GOOD air support, and frankly I wouldn't wanna set foot outside of our artillery umbrella without a Marine squad with a radio. Was always nice to see the Jarines around; lemme tell yah. The dopey joes were ok in my book.

and likewise with the Army.  I've only read the stories though.  Way too young to have been there.
