Looks great!  But, I beleive Kev367th and I have done a version of this skin.  I think Kev submitted his.

Not me, but I remember I was doing one and found out someone else already was. Discussion at the time was about the color of the squadron codes.
In-game already I think.

DsrtRat made PFT skin about 1 year ago, but that skin was never submitted, I don't see any 145 SQD skin in the game now.

Yep, it was me and Kev that made an attempt at it.  And yes, Kev, it was me who talked about the squadron codes with you.

  I don't think I ever submitted my version, so go for it.  Besides, yours looks a LOT better than mine ever did!
