Its a combo of "French 75" cannon on a PaK carriage I think.

This is a French "quick-fire" 75mm.
From a web based source:
"They were French 75mm Model 1897 guns, seized by the Germans during the Campaign in the West in 1940. Outdated as field guns, they were pressed again into service by the Germans in 1941-42 to face the scarcity of antitank guns able to take on the new Russian tanks T-34 and KV-1.
It was really a make shift solution: the carriage of the howitzer was not suited for an antitank use (too high and not enough lateral movement possible). 50mm Pak 38 carriage were thus substituted, although the weight of the barrel was a little too much. Since it was an howitzer, its muzzle velocity was too low to be good against a mobile target. Its only strong point compared to the other German antitank weapons of the time was its shaped charge shell, very efficient when it could reach its target. As soon as a better antitank gun became available, the Pak 97/38 were withdrawn from front line service."
