Title: DA (rubber bullets)
Post by: SkyRock on May 23, 2005, 07:26:04 AM
I went to the DA last two nights and couldn't register damage on opponents.  I unloaded a whole clip into a Hurricane and nothing but dust fell off.  Last
night it happened to me again.
What gives?

BTW Ricch, Erebus, and DropW were having the same problem.  What gives?

yea they do, I put 4, 20mms B-20 model (from La7) from 300 yds. all lined up in a row from straight above, in a HurriCs right wing roots. (plus one errant shot hit his tail feathers)  he kept on flying. I did get the kill though, when someone finished it off.

lol why?
it is a decent fighter. one of the best to catch up with the deck running enemies and force a fight.

only reason I posted about it, is to give an idea of how tough the HurriCs are.

and Hiya Fly. :D

Yup, fighting the Hurri I find you need more than a snap shot to take them down most of the time. It's a tough bird. I also find the La7 and KI84 to be fairly tough as well but now I'm getting off subject:D

Fellas, I'm not talking about the hurri being tough.  Literally we had rubber bullets.  Last night, myself and DropW tested it and found that neither of our planes were receiving damage at all.  I shot all ammo at 100 out  and nothing but dust.  Has something been turned on or off in the DA?  I acknowlege that we upped the same base and were both flying Bish, but this is the first time I have experienced this problem.
