Title: What gives??? Successful bail=death??

Just been involved with a fight over 38 in my Hurri IIc.

Downed a panzy then was clattered by a tiffy.
by the way Wipass!

Bailed out, message "you bailed successfully" on screen, back to tower.

Checked scores, another death accredited to me in a Hurri IIc?

Eh??

Anyone shed any light on this at all?

Plane was still shot down, hence your plane was killed and though you survived by bailing your plane is now a divot in the green earth somewhere, being scavenged for scrap metal.

You still get a "death" in your stats because you were shot down.  Doesn't matter that you bailed.  However, in your score, you will get an additional bail, instead of a death or capture.
