Title: Connection Problem

At the moment I can't connect to AH at all. When I click "online" it attempts to connect and times out after 20 seconds. It does the same for the alternate route.

I'm not very technical so I don't really know where to start. The person who runs the network here at home isn't available right now. What are the first things I should look at?
