I learned this a few years back and have forgotten the .DOT command.
1. how to add the green + to the bomb/rocket site when offline.
2. How to add the bullseye target for convergence testing.
We have a few new squad members who I wish to pass this info to.
Thanks

target = .target {range}
0 turns off target
The green + is the Lead Computing Gun Site and is enabled in Arena Settings, Flight Model Flags.
Then you use the TAB key to highlight your target.

Thanks,
I wrote it down this time:rolleyes:

Could you explain where thats at on the clipboard?
I hit Cntl/Tab and I get the message "friendly xxxxx enabled"
Then I hit tab when in range but all it does is highlight the AC type.
Does it not work cause the drones are enemy?
I'm trying to use it offline mode
Thanks

If the Drones are enemies the you cont need Friendly Lock, just hit tab and it will target them.

setup
then arena setup
then environment
then arena settings
scroll down on list to flightmodeflags, highlight it
click change, it opens a list, to x the boxes to enable.
then click ok , then save, then load, then close.
now you ready to see how bad you miss.
take off, use tab to highlight AC type, the green x shows where you need to fire at that moment, in relation to the AC you targeted, to score a killing shot.
