Sorry for the delay gentlemen. We had a rules infraction that I had to look into, verify and then discuss with various parties.
In a nutshell a person came into the SEA and publically said I am looking to fly wiht a squad, prefer allies. Under our rules this is a walk on and the event since its inception says no walk ons.
The setup CM and others explained that we can't take walk ons.
The normal procedure is to get their info and hook them up with a squad for the next frame. So they can properly briefed.
What happened is they ended up be signed by a squad and flying for the JAAF after the set CM said sorry you can't fly as a walkon.
So after looking into this and confirming. I penalizingthe JAAF 400 points.
Had to wait to work this out before I could post results.

JAAF wins the frame by 192 points. A slight victory goes to the JAAF.

cuz it is the rules and it was caught specifically this time around, I suppose... Well, GhostDancer is the CM for this SOp and decided to clamp down on it.

Hey I had a CAP for A4, A7, and C13. Granted I think they all got
shot down. What's up with that?

SC, a4,7,13 were all totally destroyed so we don't get any defense points for those. 192 avail for small airfields and 156 for cv group which went to the JAAF.
I do have a question GD, A8 (during game time) according to the strats showed everything down. What was still up at a8? I know Doc, Fog and I took down the last two hangers so was troops or something still there? Thanks.

There were several small things still up. Have to go dig out my spread sheet to check what was still standing. And I go by the logs on destroyed objects .. crediting points for an item destroyed. So even if it respawns I know there are only supposed to be X amount max for FHs, etc.
Will get back to you on what was still up there.

Ok, cool... Thanks for the clarification - The hangers respawning was the real question I guess - so you cleared that up with the way you assign the points from the logs!
The respawning can be turned off for each event though right? I could see where that might causes problems if a hanger respawns and causes us to waste our bombs on something that was already detroyed in a previous run instead of smaller items still up.
A big to the CM's. Squad Ops typically is a blast and you guys keep it that way! Thanks!!!

Nope respawning can not be turned off. However, we can modify the time it takes for an object to respawn. We usually set it at 200 .. so that is 3 hours and 20 minutes before it will respawn. More than enough of a delay.
However, trucks and trains respawn every 10 minutes and run their route.
