Title: Log on problems

Haven't logged on to the game for two weeks as i've been away. Every time I try at the moment my connection times out. Any ideas why?

Someones going to ask you to run a "ping" plotter to determine where your connection loss is before they can help you.  If you know how to do this, run it and post it here.  If not, maybe someone here can let you know ( I dont know how)
