I also don't think it was compiled from actual AH test flights. I think it is historical.

I know that 225 sounds right for the F4F in KIAS(Knot IAS)
So possibly the list is:
USN: Knots Indicated Air Speed (1 Knaughtical Mile=6000ft)
USAAF: MPH
RAF: MPH? Or was it KPH?
LW: KPH
Italy: KPH
USSR: KPH
IJN/IJA: KPH

are these from real life, or from the planes in the game? who did the flight test?
just curious as to where you found this info? and how it relates to the planes in Aces High 2?
