On my interent explored i have this little rocket thing that presides at the top right corner next to the minimize bar. Anywho, the first time I opened I.E. the Web3000 reminder thing pops up. it has a "not right now" button and a little box that says
"in the future do not remind me" any way i check the little box so it wont come back. However pretty randomly it still comes up when i open IE. Never twice in a row but kinda randomly once every 4 to 10 times. Anyone have this prob, anyone know how to kill Web3000 if i delet its folder it doesent matter, the next time it pops it creats the folder. Any way it a pretty shameless plug to torture someone with.
Any Ideas?

Annoying isn't it. I had exactly the same thing. It should be in your installed progam list (Start, settings, Control Panel, Add Remove Programs). It was installed by some freeware program (Netmon in my case). I couldn't remove it until I Uninstalled netmon although apparently reinstalling Windows will also get rid of it. If you goto "add remove programs" in control panel it should show up on the list, and will probably say it can't remove it until you remove program ?????. Do this and then remove WEB3000 (Worked for me anyway)
