is it any good?

As far as I've heard, Corsair is always good. I'd check out the clock speeds and the like, as there are all different speeds.

the Corsair is a good brand! check out the timings... Faster the better unless your stuck with a P4 using DDR2. THat i have no clue about! Corsair DDR3200 or above is great for a Machine running a 200 FSB but it might be a good idea to get somthing a little futher along to save you the cost int the future (i just want the good stuff that will last, you dont need it)
it always helps to tell us what your putting it into, ever brand and MOBO has some compatability issues from time to time.

ive never had combatibility probs with corsair ram yet .. and its what i use to do max oc's with . but as suggested its best to check 1st .

I chose Corsair XMS PC3200 for my Intel D865PERL mobo. The SPD (or whatever that little bit of info on the stick that tells the mobo how to set the timing automatically is called) was programmed for a rate that was too fast for the mobo, causing crashes. It took me quite ahwhile with memtest to find correct timings that were stable but still fast. Since then its been just fine for over a year.
