I was getting between 10 and 30% packet loss to the 216.91.187.39 MA I.P. I have NEVER had packet loss on that I.P. before. Bad enough I get such horrible connections with savis, them re-routing me every second, AND gettting 10-20% packet loss, but now I just got booted 3 times in 20min and the MA showing significant packet loss.
what's going on????

Savvis has been employing trained attack badgers to protect there pos relays ... well looks like its backfiring ..

Again more discos....
So bazd I couldnt log into thos site to vomplain about it...
Will Hitech please respond with what they are doing to address this matter?
They seem to take my payment without any disco there. I dont want to get demanding, but if I takethe time to complain, that says a lot there. HTC should take the time to 1) respond, 2) read, and 3) take action. Blaming an ISP is not action .. I try that at work and that answer dont fly. Sorry.
Thanks in advance.

I dont see why they do not change providers.

Moving the server would be nice, but I dont know what their provider choices are elsewhere. I know in St Louis, Savvis rules the business provider world. There were a few small competitors trying their hands when I left in 2002, but pretty much if you have to get to anything in that neighborhood, you go through Savvis. Other than saying that, I'm not going to presume to second guess HTC's reasons for their business choices. For all we know, the alternatives could be worse.

All I know is this. If I provisioned a service that had customer responses like I see here, I'd be washing cars next week.
I am not sure what the solution is, or what eh real problem is for that matter. I do see it deteriorating and spoiling what is a great ... er THE greatest online game. So, Aces High IT dept... time to get a fresh LARGE cup of coffee and figure it out. Time to be a hero. You can do it... furball that ISP of yours!!
Pee Ess... JB73 I vote that you have the best avitar I have ever seen.

Kind of reminds me of the ending of AW. Almost the same but different way, lol.

Guys, as Scuzzy has stated in these boards there really isn't a lot they can to about SAVIS. They are a huge part of the intardnet and it's easy for these hugh providers to provide crappy service because most people don't really notice the problems.
Even if HTC changed providers a lot of us would probably be routed through SAVIS anyways. When I was cable I didn't go through SAVIS, now I have 3mb DSL I am routing through them. Ping time went up from 70 to 90. The up side is my DSL is much more stable.
Only when the general public starts using more high bandwidth intensive applications on a more regular basis will these types of poor service start to hurt these providers. Until a lot more wheels start squeaking companies like SAVIS wil not apply any greese.

don't complain to HTC, complain to the FCC or your congressman.
