Video out via S-video, VGA, and DVO ports on the back. How the heck does one enable the video in functionality?
Basically I want to use video in so as to use the monitor for a PS2.
Anyone have any success with consoles feeding into the PC?

You have to install the WMD drivers from ATI. They are included in the full driver install set, or if you installed only the drivers, they can be downloaded and installed separately.
I have never used that functionality, so do not beat me up if it does not work.

Well, I haven't exactly gotten that far yet, but I do have the WDM drivers installed. Physically, how is the setup? There isn't any input port that I know of, yet I am positive it is a VIVO card.
A small yellow "tab" type thing is on the card opposite the ports.
this is not my card, but it is VIVO... yellow tab can be seen on the right

Does this require any special cables/converters not included?
An S-video cable and an HDTV RBG cable was included.

My VIVO card came with an adapter similar to the one you've got pictured on top. One of the yellow plugs has an "in" arrow molded on it, and the other has an "out" arrow on it. The one time I've hooked it up for curiosity's sake I used the "in" arrow branch of the plug.
