Yes, that is Garcimore, he used to be a "funny magician" that used to make me laugh so much I'd pee when I was 8 years old  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

He had the funniest/weirdest accent you could imagine (a little like RAM's  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif) )

Sure he isnt funny,asking for such ammounts of money for his damned cars...but he seems a magician, cuz he sells those cars quite well.

The name could be because:
