Title: CPU question
Post by: Dextry on June 29, 2005, 10:48:08 PM
I've got a presario S5000V, 2.5GHz intel pentium 4 cpu. I want to buy a new motherboard for this thing, but I can't find out what kind of cpu I have. Where can I find FSB, manufactuer, and other specs on the cpu? I've looked on the internet with no luck and also in the manual that came with the comp(which doesn't tell me anything usefull). Any help or motherboard suggestions would be a great help!:)

Download, Install and run this
Everest Home Edition (http://www.lavalys.com/products/overview.php?pid=1&lang=en)

Or try Sisoft Sandra  (http://www.sisoftware.co.uk/index.html?dir=dload&location=sware_dl_3264&langx=en&a=) or CPU-Z (http://www.cpuid.org/cpuz.php#download) which is smaller.

sorry problems getting the link
