Yup, the kink it is.

Yup, in the same race but its devided into classes and there is a handicap system so a well raced anykindofboat can win the overall.

When racing Multi's with Mono's artillery should be allowed.

A long brass 9 pounder would suffice.

I fantisize waiting for one at the windward mark.

I'd load grape... then chain.

after running the wreckage under, I might consider consulting with the afterguard on the advisability of harpooning the survivors.

I'm not particularly fond of oversized outrigger canoes powered by snot rags on sticks, either.

The only thing that beats the exhilaration of a Hobie 16 in 30 knots of wind is a Skiff (49'er, laser 2...) in 40.

tried a 49er.... hard to balance for a newb even if your other crewmember is good. oh, and a 49 isnt a multihull in the first place ;)

yup, dull... if it doesnt tilt and breaks all your china it isnt sailing.

what about for people who are not good team player? racing one of thos eboats requires a lot of coordination and obedience to the skipper!

I see myself more into owning/racing  a single-hander .

The "team" part of sailing is one of the best things. I love sailing solo, but when you are part of a good team it becomes real fun. Even if you are just 2 or 3.

The Kink won the IMS european championship :aok

Second place also went to a norwegian boat :D
