If you're still having issues with trying to get an e-mail out, would you be interested in posting them to a private BBS forum and then somebody else can send them out?
I mange a couple other forums on our squad website and can build a private forum for you and a 'messenger' to exchange info.
I think all you would need to do would be to log into the forum, create a message, paste in the orders, then post.
The only people able to see them would be those I specifically authorize.
