We are having our 4th of July party today so we can drink and not have to work tomorrow.

wow talk about a let down.

I'm sitting next to my neighbor and he's a guy I truly respect cause he's a cop.

Anyhow, he squeezes his rack and it happens to be the biggest rack in the bunch.  It starts to bleed.  I'm devistated.  I check every single other rack I served and they are all done except for that one.  the ONE rack that is the biggest needs 20 more minutes.  How disappointing.

Of course my wife tells me to "put them on low" an hour before they are done beacuas she wants to change the "dinner hour"

Guns, if the rest were perfect you could have just put that one in the microwave for 3 minutes.

If you get them that close, the micro will finish them. Not the best solution but it will work.

Or, you could just make another round or two of margaritas.

Yea, but at least if you are gonna squeeze a rack , make sure it`s the biggest rack in the area. Go for the gold.
