I CANNOT believe these mother fu**ing capitalist mother f*ckers. Unbef*ckinglievable.
So I got joystick to Animal. We're now looking at, inexpensively, shipping it to DK.
But there must be some kind of communist/capitalist venture going there. Those f*ckers want between $80 and $170 *to ship a POS 5 pound package to DENMARK*.
What the HELL is WRONG with these ¤%&¤& IDIOTS? This pisses me off to a very large degree! I want to strike someone hard. Next time I see a UPS van...
<edit request removed, gonna use USPS with insurance as raubvogel suggested>
UGH.
Life is pain.

Santa....why are you using a private carrier? The US Postal Service is cheap, and I've never had any problems with it. Just shipped a graphics card and some other stuff to a friend of mine in Holland for $15. That's a 2 pound package, with insurance, from Hawaii to Holland for $15. Screw Federal Excess and UPS.

One question santa, dont they sell joysticks in Denmark?????
-
Grün they do, but only crapsticks and the only CH vendor in town has not fightersticks and won't have til the USB version gets out.
And, the combatstick costs 1300Dkk
That's around $160 US. I can get a fighterstick for around 120 from the US, shipping included.
Yeah, prices are silly in this country. I'm NOT voting for the social democrat commie pinko bastards, that's about all I can say to defend myself.
Reason I am reluctant to US USPS is that Animal says they lose a lot of their worldwide packages. But I guess with insurance I am covered
But I am gonna go for it anyhow, and see what happens.
Tak about ugly surprise.

Correction, The USPS doesn't lose the overseas packages, the overseas PO's do. UPS will give you a tracking number if you want to pay for it.

I know what you mean - even within the states I use USPS to ship stuff.
The worst part is the tracking that UPS provides - I've watched packages sit on the regional dock to age only because if they put it in a van and delivered it, I'd get it before the ground rate shipping delivery time. Apparently since I didn't pay for two or three day, by God I ain't getting it in two or three days.
I ship and request shipping by USPS whenever possible.

Yup, ta hell with United Parcel Screwups. Every time I've ordered something and it was shipped through them it's arrived 2-5days past the scheduled delivery date. Dinnae matter if it's overnight, 2nd day air, or regular ground, it's gonna be 2-5days late.
Latest incident was ordering Shaw's book from Amazon. They recieve the manifest on one day but dinnae ship it until the next night. Called thier customer support and the woman I talked to said "we recieved the manifest on that day, but not the package for shipping." I'm like "How can you recieve the manifest w/o the package?" and she couldna answer that one. It was 2 days late.
USPS or FedEx from now on.
