Like the title says, anyone heard from our friends in the British based squad the Kraits? Pretty sure they had some from the London area, or at least relatives there. It sure would be good to know our friends are okay.

:aok
Hi Virgil.
Thanks for the concern.
Yes I was in London this morning, going through the same stations that were hit by the bombs - but about ten minutes earlier - so very lucky.
Since then it has been very quiet in London - people going about their business in much the usual way - just less traffic - no buses, no tube trains.
Without wishing to make any political statements or comment about any nationality or creed, the history of London like many other cities in Europe and worldwide, has been peppered with larger or smaller incidents such as this over the past 100 years. It's not that we will ever get used to it, but there is a dogged determination amongst all who live there or work there, that it will not effect our how we live our lives.
Of course, that's very difficult when your family and friends have been directly effected by these events, and our sympathies go out to them.
Once again thanks for your concerns
Regards

A really close call, and lucky indeed. Glad to know you are well.
Please pass along to all the Kraits the concerns and prayers of all of us as they are friends we hold dear in our hearts.

I live and work in London too but, thankfully, today I was working at home, so I became aware of the news as I was starting my day.
There are, of course, other squads with members in and around London and, on behalf of all of them, thank you for your mesage of concern

Thankfully me, Zeb and Cloud live about 300 miles away from London, so well away from the bombings.
I was more concerned today about the safety of Dipsy who was due to pick up Blesk at Gatwick this morning, having stayed near the London Eye overnight last night. However, he was driving a hire car and was apparently well on the way to Gatwick by the time the first bombs exploded.
Last I heard they were looking for a pub! :D

My office is just down the road from the bus bomb, but everyone was OK. As far as I know all the Kraits are accounted for.

Yeah, Seeker - you should get your arse back onto Bigweek where Dipsy has been planning and organising this trip for several months. ;)
