Title: Spitfire Video -Duxford Warbirds Airshow
Post by: airmess on July 07, 2005, 04:34:55 PM
I've uploaded the entire MPG file (81MB). Last time i've tried, it seamed to be corrupted. This sequence is a first try but it shows some nice Spitfire (Spit I, Spit XIV ....) sequences for about 6-7 minutes.

I hope it works now. Enjoy it.

really nice.:)   The footage around 2 mins shows how crisp and responsive the ailerons are in a spitfire like how Alan Peart described.    I can't imagine doing that in a clipped spitfire in IL2 that's for sure.

zorstorer. I think the one with clipped wings was a Spit 14.

Well I will be gone for a few hours with this video on repeat ;)

As a side note, would axis planes be more popular if there were many more flying??
