I usualy do my own rubs, marinades and Q sauce, but........I may be hooked on a commercial marinade.
I caught pork tenderloin on a pretty decent sale. Since I have a lot of things going this week tha is taking up most of my time I figured I wouldn`t have the time for a proper marinade/rub concoction.
Right above the meat counter I noticed some Stubb`s products. I picked up a bottle of Stubb`s marinade. It`s sort of a combo of rub and marinade actualy.
Man `O Man is this stuff tastey. To heck with the meat. Just give me a bottle of Stubb`s, a cold brew and some crackers. :)This stuff rocks.
