Hello everyone,
Normally I would just post this in the private squadron forum, but I thought perhaps more people would think it was of interest.
I went on my weekly jaunt out to the USAF Museum here in fabulaous Dayton (Actually Fairborn) Oh. With my trusty new digital camera in hand. They have a small diorama of a P-36 with a pilot scrambling to meet the Japanese assault in his pajama's. I snapped a photo of the letter and the actual tuxedo pants that a pilot wore during his own scramble to get airborn.
Just thought it was pretty neat. Sorry if the pictures are big, I really do not know what I am doing.
