Title: Tile help.

Well hehe my first time playing with tiles. I did make a water tile but wasn't to good.:p Ok my question. Is there anyway i can make the tile one instead of 4 in one?

Since you told me you have PS trying using the pattern maker option.
Also to make it look like one tile make your tile in 512x512.

One 1 mile x 1 mile main tile contains always the four 1/2 mile x 1/2 mile subtiles. It is very good system, because you can edit all those subtiles as variations from each other. It makes the landscape very variable looking because the subtiles are always randomized.

I dont believe they are always randomized unless you click "Randomize" sometime in the process of making your map.

Looks good! :)

Now, just as a side note...

We begged and pleaded for more textures with the AH1 editor. Well, we got them with AH2. We can now work with 24 terrain textures instead of 6. It takes some work to sort out what to do for each set, but we can make some amazing terrains with 24 textures.

Think outside of the box. ;)
