I used to watch that guy all the time before going to bed.  He can be annoying at times, but god is he funny.  They even gave him an After-News show in which he and some local personality basically went through the headlines and happenings of pop culture of the day and commented on them.  I hated the show at first, but it grew on me.  I didn't even know that guy was still on the air.

Nope, that is pretty much a standard newscast for him.  Either he is WCCB's owner's son or the like, or this is a court-appointed job for a doped up crackhead.:lol
