I just don't understand how some peoples rounds (GV's)  can shoot thru everything and still hit/kill you.  Only happens with certain names too.

My understanding is that a film contains more than just pictures. It also contains data that HTC can extract for troubleshooting. I assume that includes trajectory, velocity, if what where the round hit and probably other data I have no idea about.  That is why they request films when an anomaly occurs so they can analyze what actually happened.

HT is pretty accurate with that bucket of water these days.  :p

As far as I know, the same "net lag" that affects planes affects the GVs too.  It has a MUCH greater impact on GVs.  

Someone seeing you as being 15 yards east of the position you are in (on your FE) when you are both in planes makes very little difference.  

Someone seeing you as being 15 yards east of the position you are in on your FE when you are in a GV can potentially make a huge difference.
