Looks like the texture is fubared, but that doesn't happen for me. At least I don't think it does. Anyways, might be game related or might be video driver related.

It's a bug where your noseart is the entire plane.  If you notice carefully you can make out the picture of yuor nose art.  That's why everyones looks different.
