Heroic SS recon ubermenschen capturing a Soviet "Young Pioneer" (boyscout) flag.

the germans seemed to make that sort of mistake quite a bit. i read a story about german tankers draping a captured "french battle flag". however they were mocked by french civilians who realized that the flag had no gold fringe, suggesting the heroic german tankers prolly stole the flag from a library.

Boroda, can you translate the flag to English?

Knowlege is power. But noone is able to understand everything.
Can you repeat what you posted in English, Russian or Ukrainian and send it to tengrie [dog] sky.chph.ras.ru ? Do me a favour please.
This "rule #16" is the only rule I can't understand, but I have to appreciate and follow it. Some things are better told in native language when speaking to people sharing the same culture. Usually people here are too intelligent to tell offences.
I beg your pardon and want to say that a text above isn't an attempt of "moderation" by a person who isn't supposed to do it. Sorry.

It was just a Pioneer slogan posted for humor. No big deal.

"For fighting for ideas of Lenin and Stalin - be ready!"
"Be ready!" was a Young Pioneer slogan, answer: "Always ready!".
A hammer/sickle with a campfire in the middle is a Young Pioneer symbol. I was wearing a red tie and such a pin with Lenin and a campfire in 1982-86. Our school Young Pioneer "druzhina" ("warriorship", sorry, can't find a word that's closer to the meaning then this) had a banner that looked much more "rich", with golden brushes and all the stuff. I remember how me and my friends stole it and noone noticed until we told our Pioneer leader - he almost lost his consciousness ;)
