Title: Unable to use new planes

This is weird,ALL the new aircraft,P38s/47s etc and for some reason the Ostie,are impossible for me to use!,I select em,try to go to runway,I get black screen,then Im at desktop,just did a fresh re-install today,other aircraft are ok,but with the aicraft being updated,this presents a problem!
my system
P4 3.2
1 Gig ram
NVidia GeForce 6600 GT 128mb running latest drivers

Seriously gnashing teeth here,anyone had similar probs?

Still same,what is it with these 'new' ones that could be causing this? Im baffled,once the new SPits come out Im screwed,as thats my favorite.

joc delet all the plane res files in your skin folder and the plane cach files if that dont work empty completly the ah skin folder,some where u have a damaged res file or two that is causing this problem

It is only the 'new' aircraft Im having this with,P38s and the P47s and for some reason the Ostie,Ill try that Rogerdee,will get back on this lol

Okay,tried the above,same problem,although the 'new' P51b is okay,thats useable,seems to be the P47s' P38 and Ostie,do the new cockpits etc have any 'special' requirment from a 3d card or anything? Im totally baffled:mad:

corrupt download?

Would redownload everything. Wipe the directory and start over. Are you using highres textures pack?

Using any 3rd party gunsights / sounds?

No Waffle,I decided to clean it out,redownload the whole thing,re-installed,and tried to up before even setting any view keys,exactly the same,P38s and P47s are fubar,yes the P51b is fine lol,My 3d card aint a bad one so I dont think it can be that, I just hope when the spits come out they aint fubar for me,or I might have sheared my last sheep :(
