Title: Where is stick calibration saved?

I always lose stick calibration when I turn off the PC.  It is retained when exiting and re-entering game, but when I power-cycle my PC it is lost.  So far, I just recalibrate each time, but would like to learn how to avoid this...

Could someone from HTC please point me at the file where this info is stored, at least??
