I'm not sure of its context or if its even real. The women anchors seem a bit  amatureish also. I'm thinking it could be a college assignment or something (communications, english, creative writing, comedy?).

I do ache for the guy if its real. He shouldn't be doing that.

Did anyone think to check the call letters? WOUB, Ohio University Broadcasting. It's a low power college station. Probably the kid's first time on camera.

Yep.   I was also thinking BEFORE I noticed the call letters, that this was staged.  Now, I believe it was just students.
