Would it be posible to let memebers in squad forums sticky threads. It would be very helpful sometimes. We have alot of threads in our squad forum. But a few I jump back to, or try to refer some members to and it takes forever to find the one Im looking for.

For example, I have a site that is for squad use only. One I let them put files on such as films to host on the net with. It gives directions as to how to get into it and such. Rather than having to bump it all the time, it would be helpful to just sticky it. You see? :)

It order to help find those old threads you can 'subscribe' to them. Then go into your user cp and view all the threads you are subcribed to and just click on the link form there.

This won't help keep topics at the top but will reduce any trouble you have with it taking:

However, if you 'subscribe' to a large number of thread you may run into the same problem.

Morph,

I am the moderator in my squad forum. The moderator can assign who he wants to have rights to be basic moderators in that forum. If you are a mod in your forum, look at the bottom right of the page when reading the thread. There is a pull down menu that allows you to stick/unstick and other tools.


I had totally missed it and emailed skuzzy. The tool was there all along, glad it wasnt a snake.

Im thinking this is just for the main moderator of the forum. I do not have any pull down menus when logged in.

Edit: Yup, this is for the moderator only. Basic moderators do not have these privilages.

Skuzzy, could you add these privs to basic mods aswell please?
