Hello folks,
I'm looking a text editor with batch file editing (find & replace) function.
Could you recommend any?

UNIX + sed. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it works well.

For windows, I like Ultraedit, which you can find at http://www.ultraedit.com.
Yes, it isn't free or cheap ($50), but I've been using it for years and years and it can do everything you'd ever want.

textpad (http://www.textpad.com/products/textpad/screenshots/index.html)
here's a very good free one PFE (http://www.lancs.ac.uk/staff/steveb/cpaap/pfe/default.htm)

Ultraedit is very good. It has syntax highlighting for various programming languages and supports batch processing for search & replace ... but it costs money, but it's worth it. :)
You could also try scite (http://www.scintilla.org/SciTE.html). It's freeware and pretty good.

Thanks for everybody
I need this search&replace function for several AC3D files. Material value etc parameter changing by hand for several is pretty slow.

you already have a very good one, it's called Notepad.
