There were two Intel articles posted today.  Neither had their usual acidic anti-intel tone.

The Register is a semi tabloid.

I have seen them do this before with Compaq.  They sell advertising space every so often.

I doubt that they are holding back on Intel, its probably a coincidence that they lacked the usual fire.
