Title: Can't get out of plane after crash landing!

After I crash land, which is everytime............, I am stuck in the plane, I have to hit Alt-tab to go back to my desktop and then shut the game down.  What am I doing wrong?

What does it say when you hit "Tower" or type "/.ef" ?

I have no cursor either so I can't hit anything.  I haven't tried the other yet.  Thanks.

You have two easy options:

First is to hit your / key then in the text buffer type in .ef and hit enter. Note there is a dot before the letters ef.

Option two:

Your cursor works by right clicking and holding the mouse button down. Move the cursor where you wish it then left click. So to exit to the tower you'd hit your esc key the using right click mouse and hold, move the cursor to "tower" located on the list under the map and left click "tower".
