Okay, has anyone had any problems with speedfan reporting incorrect voltages? Especially with MSI motherboards?
I don't think it is just wanted to be sure. I've tried three different programs and all three report my 3.3 volt as around .5 I'm guessing this is what's causing my random reboots when the system is stressed?
The interesting thing is and the reason I asked my initial question is that upon reboot the bios hardware health option reports the 3.3 volt as being fine right around 3.3. Only windows reports the .5
Any help appreciated.

You have an AGP 4x slot?

No, 8X AGP slot and Radeon 9550 256meg card.
I know now it's not the PS, I pulled the one presently in it and installed one from another system, 500W, it reports the same power loss on the 3.3V, reports it at around .5. I installed both PSU's in the working system and they both report right around 3.3 Follows is my info report.
