Want to know if a chart was produced by someone with fighter experience?  Check out the terrain and obstacle heights.  The mark is that every altitude on the chart is rounded up to the nearest 69'.  There are areas in Texas where you can't find a mountain or tower that doesn't have a '69' in the height or altitude shown on the chart.
