The other day I said that land based puffy ack was of no concern
And today for the first time ever I lost not one but two Buffs to Land based Puffy Ack
The first was a 17, I was at 15+K and one second I was flying the lead plane the next it was just gone and I was in the first drone, there wasn't any thing left of the lead plane PERIOD
The second was an AR-234 at about 12k I took a hit to the main fuel and caught on fire, I Vainly tried diving even though I know the fire won’t go out and exploded. (But man the film looks cool you can see this REALLY long plume of smoke and fire behind the plane when it hit 600 MPH
Now normally I would just right this off as bad luck, but both planes were taken out by the first hit from the ACK.
So What I want to know is: has HTC changed the lethality of the Puffy ACK
