Knights cool stuka raid on 25 tonight! Wish we could see more of that. Yes they all could have been b24s, I give you extra credit for the stukas!

I was in a spit9 low. I saw this fuzzy black cloud on the horizon towards A1. At first I thought it was ack and a furball.  But then I relized it was steady. So I announced that I thought a large raid was emminent. I headed toward them. By know they had more alt than me so I strained to get up to get icon on them. They were escorted and I was busy evading attacks by them as I closed. Then lo and behold stuka after stuka appeared. I yelled there a 30 plane stuka raid nw of A1!

  I died a brutal, lonely death, trapped in the wreakage on my spit. I re-upped a G10 thinking I could alt quick for them. But..I got killed 1000 yds after takeoff by an unseen low guy. So I again upped. Had a good fight with an escort guy. Killed him. Arrived A25 to see a swirling mass of enemy planes..stukas, 205s, etc. I popped 1 and ran screamin like a school girl. I saw a low dot south. Thinking it a goon I chased. Turned out to be a FB guy (i think) in a stuka. I was out of cannon, and hit him with mgs. He went down, Then I got a kill mesaage on 68KO (must have been stuka I killed earlier.

  Somehow I took 1/2 gas and ran out earlier than I thought I would. Started walking home when an enemy patrol from A25 (newly acquired by the Knights) stopped me and took me into custody.

thats a pretty funny story... i was part of that raide on u guys but was in a 205. <> FBDRED for that mission. i had a blast and look forward to many more of those missions. WTG DRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
