Mannable slit trenches and bunkers in town and near the end of the runways.

Towable arty. Preferably like bomber formations you get now. Choosing the "formation" would get you 3 guns that follow you around and deploy when you do, slaving there guns to yours.


M3 type vehicle (Skdf?) with a large mortar for hittin town and deploying large smoke screens.

Oh yeah, a jeep or other vehicle that could deploy anti GV land mines.

simple add on to your trench wish. small holes you can drive your tank into thus giving it added cover. sorta like a bunker for tanks.
