Every time someone whines about another player(s) on the BBS, it costs perk points.  

One of the major pros of this, is that all of the trips taken by the wahmbulance likely drain the expense acounts of HTC; with rising gasoline prices, these trips should be confined to "I'm leaving AH because..."

Pretty sure I'd have gone through a lot myself.  Anyone around when I'm in tank town being spawn camped can attest to that!
