Does the current plan for the next FSO tour call for skipping Labor Day Weekend?

Actually, I'm HOPING to go to Middlesboro KY that weekend (Saturday, and maybe Sunday) and I'd have to get up around 3 AM Saturday to go (FSO ends at midnight here, though I rarely live that long). There will be an airshow there (where they keep Glacier Girl) with several planes I've been wanting to see.

I'm also hoping to make it to Indy for the U.S Nationals on Monday if I don't stay at Middlesboro Sunday.

Besides, it's hard to get the slots filled reliably on holiday weekends.

I'm ready to ask the squad for commitments, as requested, but I need an answer on this before I do.

I, too, would like to vote against a Labor Day Weekend event, as I'm going to a RL fly-in that weekend.

But scenario sounds like a lot of fun. Particularly interested in whether or not the land invasion will occur in the final frame. I was in Coral Sea, and really enjoyed that part of the scenario - even if I did get waxed! Looking forward to it.

Same here, will be hard to commit #'s, for the labor day weekend.

After talking to most of squad I can say I will not come anywhere
close to #'s that friday. Half if lucky.

I'm waiting on the guys to check in (two have in this thread), but I'm figuring LESS than half strength for that Friday.

We will not have a frame on Labor day weekend (since I am getting a lot of feedback that many squads will be seriously understrength .. do to bratwurst and beer consumption ;) ).

Yeah let's just say the holiday weekend would make it too hard to commit to a decent frame for most everyone. Another week off is no biggie for me.

Labor day weekend will be skipped .. no frame that weekend. So the frame dates are:

Frame 1 = 8/26
Frame 2 = 9/9
Frame 3 = 9/16

Drano I need a committment level from the DAMNED.
