Title: Map rotation?

What's the format for map rotation these days? Is it driven by winning the war still, or just a scheduled event...or both?

When I played MA it was both.  Reset every Friday or whenever a country won the "war".  Now it seems the rotation is every Wednesday or whenever the "war" is won.

Terrain rotation occurs each Wednesday.  The terrain groups consists of 1 large terrain and two small terrains.  There is one week of small terrains which contain 5 terrains, at the moment.
