Title: Yaw in Tailless aircraft?
Post by: Simaril on August 17, 2005, 10:24:20 PM
In tailless, flying wing configurations -- like the B2 or the Go229 -- can pilots generate yaw? Or, do they have to roll and use elevators?

they use spoilers on the wingtips to generate yaw.

I'd say it is a airbrake on both sides of wing more that a spoiler.
