Title: 47s and 190s do not display squad art

I first mentioned the 190s not displaying squad art anywhere on the plane a while ago, and today I noticed that none of the P47s do either.  The new P51s do display squad art however.  I know this because I have a squad in the training arena and am able to view squad art with the external view.
