Title: Total KOTH Kill list

We're going to start tracking total kills and assists and posting it.
Due to KOTH's use of inflight .ef this is not a perfectly accurate list but it is all we have to work with at the present time.
We will post the monthly totals for each individual KOTH. We will also update a list of total kills to date and post that.
I will be going through past logs and adding to this.

I recently got my head full of cra.. er Excel so the format of this will change slightly.
The major change will be how Kills and Assists will be valued.
A Kill will be worth 1 point and an Assist will be worth 0.001 points.
Monthly and the Total lists will be redone shortly.

Even with the new point system the event log problem will prevent a complete list this year.
