Ability to jump the task group along a series of waypoints instead of one at a time.

Used by CMs and H2H hosts to move the fleets.

offline, you can set the waypoints for the TG's, then use that command to make them "warp" to the next "turn"

you can warp a CV across the map in seconds, to practice whatever you may want.

as staten in events also, they can zip the CV's into position, or out of action immediatly
