Has a selectible tracking cookie feature.

Evertime you issue a warning I run AdAware and spybot but they never find anything as I have Blaster installed.

Do you know of any drawbacks to blaster?

Seems a bit redundant.  It's doing the same things as adjusting the security in IE would accomplish.

What clip are you talking about Nilsen?

BTW adjust your settings to prompt for cookies then simply refuse it when you go to a site like that.
